It was a gruelling 12-day shoot in Hyderabad, but Jeet and Koel are finally back after shooting for Ravi Kinagi's as-yet-untitled film.
Sadly though, Jeet injured his hand while shooting and is now recuperating from the injury. When CT got in touch with him, Jeet said, "I was sitting near a big pedestal fan and accidentally, the middle finger of my left hand got between the blades. It was bleeding profusely but we had to carry on with the shoot. In fact, Koel later asked, 'How come you were silent and didn't wince even once despite the injury?'"
After doing action-packed roles in four back-to-back projects, Jeet is ready to present his loverboy image once again. "The audience needs something different. Hence, the die-hard romantic character Rahul. In fact, I'm not exercising as Rahul requires to flaunt the guy-next-door look," says Jeet and adds, "The film is script-driven."
Buzz is that the unit will be shooting song-and-dance sequences in Europe but Jeet is tight-lipped about it as of now.
This project is Jeet and Ravi's ninth collaboration. Says Jeet, "Raviji is a perfectionist. He understands the pulse of his audience. I learn something new from him each day. With Koel, however, this is my 11th project. Our on-screen chemistry rocks as always."
